This a painting collaboration between Costa Rican-American artist Gabriela Esquivel and Cuban artist Pablo Arcia. It is inspired in the song Guantanamera. In the painting you see the girl from Guantanamo, the mariposa flower, which is the national flower of Cuba, and the rooster, a very important theme of freedom in Cuban culture.
